The music player has now been separated into three separate apps: Apple TV, Apple Music, so Podcasts, and users can still listen to music in the Music App, enjoy podcasts in Podcasts, or stream movies and TV shows on TV, but not all of them in iTunes. If they restore it in settings, Apple Music users will no longer see the iTunes music store with Catalina. The store will be viewed as a tab by non-subscribers, along with many ways to subscribe to Apple Music. (On iPhones, the iTunes Store still has its own music and video buying app).
