That chipset was rolled out a year ago and we also experienced it in the Galaxy Note9. This time in this new device, it is built on a decently efficient 10nm process. The handset comes with a decent processing power. Galaxy Note10 Lite is a single SIM phone and is expected to be available globally. Recently, FCC approves the S pen for this new device.
